CMConserve will be leaving BlogSpot for Wordpress;
however the only real changes will be in address. There will be additional features,
of course.
The site will still deal primarily with Costa Mesa
governance and politics with a focus on communication. That is, we will
continue to identify propaganda and opinion manipulation. We'll still feature
leadership and management theory or practice periodically, and comment occasionally
about almost anything of interest to Costa Mesans. During campaign time we’ll
discuss promises and personalities as well as policies and believability.
CMConserve’s new site will have an improved – and consistently
reliable – comment function. However, all of the features, and the site as a
whole, are just getting up to speed. There should be lots of glitches that we’ll
only find as we run – please let us know what you like, don’t like, and
especially what doesn’t work on your browser by emailing us at CMConserve@outlook.com.
Once up and running, CMConserve will be available on most
known platforms – it will be available on a tablet, or even a smartphone, for
instance, regardless of screen size. The site layout will change as necessary
to fit whatever you use to access it.
And, if you identify yourself and give permission for
your comment to be published – you should see your comment, regardless of the browser
you used. If it doesn’t appear, or if you get no reply, please let us know at
the Outlook address.
We’ll give you the new URL after we've finished “desk
checking” and vigorously testing the site with the three common browsers.
Again, thanks for reading CMConserve, and thanks for your
patience.
